Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their consultation or workshop registration up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation or workshop will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling of consultations is permitted provided the request is made no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Please note that rescheduling a workshop is not possible. In the event that the service provider must cancel a consultation or workshop for any reason, clients will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
